Hi,
I created this blog as a test and a way to let everyone know what I and others are doing for brewing your own beverages. I really have only brewed one beer ( a wit beer) and am in the process of brewing a Christmas cider. Feel free to post questions, answers and random thoughts whenever you feel so inclined.
